Fell to ground level on safety grounds, if they are left and will likely fail they have the potential to cause significant damage to property. T3 Ash - Dead, fell to ground level. Reduce the crown by 2.5m due to excessive growth towards property to manage this tree due to its proximity this tree will always require management to appease living spaces and gardens issues which commonly arise from shading caused by trees themselves. Mature oak covered by TPO with close proximity to building. A crown reduction will be beneficial to mitigate shading and future overhanging issues. Limbs towards the property and stems have been historically pollarded which have recovered from this and have now formed the current crown shape.

T1 Oak - Tree in rear of property that has a damaged limb in main structural canopy over the garden. Limb has large fracture which will eventually fail and lead to the garden shed and lower canopy of the oak getting damaged if it was to do so. Plan is to reduce/pollard 30% to 40% of the trees canopy to suitable growth points to allow regeneration and to balance the whole canopy to help the tree for years to come
