Proposal
The Eucalyptus tree (T1) cut down to ground level. It is situated in the rear garden of "The Bungalow" and it is affected by Ganoderma. There is a cavity at the front, rot and bark loss leading up the trunk. The client has noted the tree is moving considerably more than it has previously. It is very close to the neighbours garage and property and does not add to the Conservation Area as an aesthetically pleasing tree.
