Amendments to planning permission dated 24th February 2022 (RN 21/06887/FULL) for the External and internal refurbishment works comprising the erection of a new buggy and waste storage, new step-free access, rear fire staircase, new paving and railings to the rear and amendments to the fenestration and external doors to enable the continued use of the site as a Class E unit. NAMELY, to make minor modifications, relocation of the pedestrian entrance gate to 9500mm from western boundary wall; Raise the level of the rear deck from 77.65 (lowest point) to FFL: 78.08, reducing the change of levels; Increase the height of the canalside rail from 1100mm to 1500mm; Reconfiguration of the steps in the rear extension of RB Building. This is to accommodate a ground-level change between the nursery garden and the portobello apartments which requires a retaining wall to support the nursery garden area, creating an even landscaped area; Replace the consented eastern boundary railing with a new 1800mm white timber fence on the eastern boundary, as is required by OFSTED; Pest control, Post and Wire on all windows to prevent bird nesting.
