Careful disassembly to full length of parapet include moulded stone string course at base, stock-brick courses and moulded stone copings. Reconstruction of parapet like-for-like replacing delaminated stone and failed bricks to match existing materials, colours, profiles and bonding. Bedding in new lime mortar and lime render to inner face of parapet.

Tree in Moribund condition, Large areas of dysfunctional tissue visible on stem, approximately 40% of canopy dead. Tree to be replaced with ornamental tree of minimum 12-14cm girth.
