Remove basal / epicormic growth to a point 1m above crown break. (T4) Tree of heaven (18m) - FELL (remove leaning tree with kinked stem) to ground level. N.B. Removal of T4 is to benefit the development of nearby trees as well prevent forseebale damage to nearby boundary wall.
