Proposal
The application seeks a lawful development certificate for the existing use of the first and second floors as two self-contained residential flats. The two flats were created through the conversion of the former office space located above the ground floor commercial unit. The conversion included external alterations to form a dedicated residential entrance door, providing independent access to the flats. Google Street View imagery from 2014 shows these alterations in place, confirming that the works and use were established over 10 years ago.
