Forming part of Islington Council's Capital Works Programme, the proposed communal works will be taking place to 59-93 Liverpool Road: • Internal flat entrance door replacements with fire door sets and architraves which are non-original (abbreviated as FD30S.) • Fanlights above doors, when applicable. • Installation of new fire alarm systems • Electrical cupboard replacement, when applicable like for like. • Emergency lighting within common areas only. Forming part of Islington Council's Capital Works Programme, the proposed basement works will be taking place: • Remove boilers and ducting from the boiler room • Remove asbestos from the boiler room • Remove any redundant cabling and pipework from the basement • Install a 120-minute fire rated ceiling with 60-minute access panels where required • Install 60-minute fire doors between each property’s basement • Fire stops between each area • Run a sub-main and install a landlords fuseboard in the boiler room • Install lighting to all basement areas • Install a fire detection system to all basement areas
