Proposal
Rear garden (T1) Sycamore x2 (multi-stemmed) - Crown reduce back to most recent crown reduction points (approx. 2m) and crown clean (remove small diameter rubbing branches and dead wood). Reduce low epicormic growth, (growing to an approximate height of 6.00-8.00m) by approximately 2.00m by pruning back to the main stem where appropriate and to suitable growth points where branch structure is to be retained. In addition, reduce one low branch, approximately 12cm diameter and approximately 2.00m from ground level which overhangs the rear boundary back to the main stem.

The proposals form part of essential maintenance works. The internal spaces at lower- ground floor experience significant condensation during winter months. The application is for: 1. Changing the external metalwork support to the ground floor balcony overlooking the garden. Removing the existing metal brackets set within the external brick and replacing with four metal posts will separate the balcony assembly from the brickwork and stop the current cold bridging effect of the metal plates.
