T1; Hornbeam (Carpinus betulus) -Dismantle to near ground level. Reason:Tree is in severe decline and overhanging driveway. T2; Weeping Willow (Salix babylonica) -Remove significant deadwood and crown lift to provide 2M clearance from lawn. Reason: For ease of future lawn maintenance and to improve trees health. T3; Blackthorn (Prunus spinosa) - Remove Bramble (Rubus fructicosus) and reduce height to approximately 2.5M. Reason: To improve the trees health and manage the overall size. T4; Beech (Fagus sylvatica) - Retrench canopy back to approximately 3M height (to sound growth). Reason: Tree has been in decline past few years, now deadwood overhanging building. T5; Walnut (Juglans regia) - Crown lift to provide 2M clearance from lawn and remove boughs connecting with building roof. Reason: For ease of future lawn maintenance and to reduce encroachment. T6; Beech (Fagus sylvatica) - Crown lift new growth to approximately 3M from ground level and remove significant deadwood. For ease of future lawn maintenance and to improve trees health. (Request of a 5 year consent to crown lift to maintain a 3M ground clearance). G1; Mixed boundary hedge to include Griselinia (Griselinia littoralis), Elaeagnus Elaeagnus ebbingei) and Bramble (Rubus fructicosus) - Hedge cut new growth. Reason: To maintain hedge at manageable height.
