Amendment to proposal: T1; Ash (Fraxinus excelsior) - Dismantle to near ground level and replant with tree in keeping with the area. Reason: Tree has failed tertiary boughs onto residents car and is showing signs of Ash Dieback (Hymenoscyphus Fraxineus). T2; Ash (Fraxinus excelsior) - Crown clean and reduce overhang to car parking area by 1M. Reason: To benefit the tree and reduce encroachment. T3; Leyland Cypress (Cuppressucyparis x leylandii) - Dismantle to near ground level. Reason: Area is congested and offers little aesthetic value.
