Creation of centre for outdoor activity and respite care for people with physical and mental health disability and need to include; · extension and alteration of Ceris Lodge into a three bedroom building. · new build purpose built accomodation unit with 4 ensuite bedrooms and communal kitchen/dining and lounge facilities. · provision of 8 one bedroom 'pods' for 'semi independant' living whilst attending the centre. · provision of parking and outdoor space, and · provision for shelter for animals and activity equipment.
