Proposal
Alterations to existing lodge. Timber glazed walkway to be replaced with bespoke timber glazed units, rainwater goods system redesigned and upgraded to cast iron. The existing dormers are to receive a new lead roof and new timber sash and case windows. Ground floor window to be replaced with timber sash and case window. Internally, the kitchen and utility room layouts will be adjusted, with the provision of two new openings, two new stores and a relocated external access door.
