Planning application
6 Heaton Grange Road Romford RM2 5PP
Works: Trees
Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.
Proposal
I wish to heavily pollard and also remove a couple of lower limbs on a Willow Tree opposite the front of our house. We havenâ??t had a survey done but we are getting cracks in the walls of our house so suspect some subsidence caused by the tree hence the wish to carry out the work.

T1 - Sycamore Tree, The tree contains major dead branches and limbs and there fore needs a pollard back down to live wood, 6.1 meters which would give the tree a chance to promote new healthy growth so that the tree can re generate. If this dead limbs are not taken out they run the risk of failing and braking off and causing damage to neighbouring properties out buildings.
