Works: Trees
Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.
Proposal
The chestnut in the garden of 84 Hornchurch Road is over our boundary line and effecting our right to light. Works were given permission a while back to raise the crown by a third, which I believe was never done. If this work is carried out it will get the tree back over the boundary and provide more light to the area. We live at 82 Hornchurch Road and are happy to pay for the remedial to cut it back from our side. There are two main limbs which would be at the base of the crown which could be removed, and are easy to see in the photos I have. Also, the tree is now nearly at our top window and will soon be interfering with the phone lines coming in,

T1 - Sycamore Tree, The tree contains major dead branches and limbs and there fore needs a pollard back down to live wood, 6.1 meters which would give the tree a chance to promote new healthy growth so that the tree can re generate. If this dead limbs are not taken out they run the risk of failing and braking off and causing damage to neighbouring properties out buildings.
