Planning application
Hall Lane Miniature Golf Course Hall Lane Upminster RM14 1BS
Works: Trees
Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.
Proposal
T14-Weeping Willow â?¢ Crown lift southern crown to 5m over garden to allow adequate clearance for appropriate use of garden environment. 5m will be no more than one third of the crown size, compliant with BS3998. â?¢ Reason ~ the property needs to have safe and unrestricted use of their rear garden environment. Crown lifting will provide adequate clearance that can be cyclically implemented without detriment to the tree. Crown lifting works will negate any impact to the local amenity given the rear garden position and the conifer species boundary group.
