Proposal

The tree is a sycamore of which a reduction of approximately 3-3.5 metres (back to previous pollard points) to the lateral growth over rear neighbouring garden is being proposed. This is to provide sufficent clearance of overhanging branches over outbuilding at the rear of neighbours garden and to increase light levels in the garden and reduce the build up of bird excrement over buildings and property
