T1 Ash Tree - Right Hand Boundary near Garage - Reduce height by 5m, (1m-1.5m lower than previous cutting points). Reduce side branches to previous cutting points up to 2m off, clearing branches back to the trunk on the Flats side to give maximum clearance. The adjacent Flats have been built too close to the Tree, and this has caused branches touching the roof, windows and wall of the Flats, this also leads to shading issues to the window of the flats. Reduce to resolve matter.

T1 - Sycamore Tree, The tree contains major dead branches and limbs and there fore needs a pollard back down to live wood, 6.1 meters which would give the tree a chance to promote new healthy growth so that the tree can re generate. If this dead limbs are not taken out they run the risk of failing and braking off and causing damage to neighbouring properties out buildings.
