Planning application
23 Hall Lane Upminster RM14 1AF
Works: Trees
Decided. The decision notice on the council portal carries the outcome in full, including any conditions.
Proposal
T1 Ash Located at southwestern corner of the rear garden. Distinguished from other trees around it by a long narrow trunk wound facing southeast and crown branches that overhang the gardens to the south and west. Fell to ground level due to compromised structure weakened by extensive fungal decay organisms leaving the tree prone to collapse without warning. Unsafe in a garden setting. Refer to attached documents for more infomation.
