Proposal
Your ref T3 - Cedar Tree - Complete Removal of tree from front garden. The tree has become too large for the site. It has started to cause damage to the drains which is effecting the neighbours and other properties in the road. With the current high winds being experienced this could cause damage to neighbouring properties or injury, if it was to fall.
