Back Garden T001 - Oak Cut back from building to give 2 metre clearance. T1 is a large mature oak tree located in the boundary of 89 Mawney road, please see attached map. The works are part of a regular maintenance programme. The works will improve the overall aesthetics of the tree. The works are necessary to be carried out as the tree is touching the building with potential to cause damage. T002 - Oak Cut back from property to give 2 metre clearance. ALL ITEMS INCLUDING REMOVING ARISING DEBRIS, LEAVING SITE CLEAN AND TIDY. T2 is a large mature oak tree located in the boundary of 89 Mawney road, please see attached map. The works are part of a regular maintenance programme. The works will improve the overall aesthetics of the tree. The works are necessary to be carried out as the tree is touching the building with potential to cause damage.
