Tree 1 Olive Tree in the front garden, adjacent to the boundary with the pavement on Balgores Lane. Proposed work: Crown Reduction â?? reduction in the crown to: 1. Improve the shape 2. Reduce over hanging and obstruction to pavement and adjacent property Additional information: the tree has not been pruned since at least 2010 and is now badly out of shape. Tree 2 Malus Rudolph (crab apple) in the rear garden Proposed work: Crown Reduction â?? reduction in the crown to: 1. Maintain shape 2. Manage height and spread due to the vancity of the tree to my and adjacent proprerties. Additional information: the Malus Rudolph was planted in autumn 2017 and this will be its first prune. The above work has been recommended by a tree surgeon who I contacted for advice.

T1 - Sycamore Tree, The tree contains major dead branches and limbs and there fore needs a pollard back down to live wood, 6.1 meters which would give the tree a chance to promote new healthy growth so that the tree can re generate. If this dead limbs are not taken out they run the risk of failing and braking off and causing damage to neighbouring properties out buildings.
