A tree surgeon has verbally advised that it would be a good idea to reduce the tree by a third to take some of the weight out of it and prevent any old branches falling onto someone from a considerable height. We would welcome an inspection by the Council so they can see the tree.

The tree has been dead for at least 9 months. We had hoped it might show signs of life in the summer but this has not happened.
