Application for a Certificate of proposed Lawful development for the demolition of an existing detached flat-roofed garage and replacement with a new flat-roofed garage under class E. Alterations and replacement walls of the side garden walls. Replacement of the existing stepped front boundary wall with a new stepped wall and the introduction of a pedestrian gate. Existing vehicular access from the highway and the private driveway is retained but post positions in the new front boundary wall will be amended to widen openings to improve vehicle turning, under Class A of Part 2 of the General Permitted Development Order 2015 (as amended)
