Replace dilapidated external timber decking and staircase to rear with new Victorian style metal decking and new staircase. New obscured glazing min 1.7m high screen between adjoining neighbours. Removal of timber close board fence to roadside boundary and replace with matching rendered masonry walls and piers infilled with decorative trellis.
