Proposal
Infill the courtyard between the house and outbuilding with a lightweight (glazed) roof to form a new Kitchen. Internal alterations to improve the layout and functionality of the house including a new opening to improve the entrance hall and to add a cloakroom. Incorporate the outside store within the new Kitchen extension. Form a new study. Remove external green paint from brick and flintwork. Repair the coal shed to match the existing.
