Replacement of existing modern radiators to traditional radiators in keeping with the style of the property. New detached garage: Remove existing decayed timbered garage, removal of lawn and flower beds to replace with new brick triple garage, to a maximum of 9.75m wide x 6.7m deep. Bricks to match existing bricks to house as far as possible, and pitched tiled roof to match house.
