Reconfiguration of existing 1960s small brick garage to include office space, removal of existing garage doors and replacement with windows to match existing. Reconfiguration of attic space to include windows to attic room 2, and separate entry to existing bedrooms; bathroom. Replacement of external and internal doors to traditional solid oak. Replacement of existing modern radiators to traditional radiators in keeping with the style of the property. New detached garage: Remove existing decayed timbered garage, removal of lawn and flower beds to replace with new brick triple garage, to a maximum of 9.75m wide x 6.7m deep. Bricks to match existing bricks to house as far as possible, and pitched tiled roof to match house.
