Dismantling of the timber frame within Bays 1, 2 and 3 as well as removing all slate and cladding from the whole barn and storage on site (consent is sought post deconstruction). Dismantling of the timber frame within Bay 4, 5, 6 and 7, and storage on site. Timber framing, including roof structure to be moved off site for repairs using traditional methods and materials. The return to site of Bays 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 of the timber frame and roof structure for assembly and erection. The erection of a new plinth wall and raised cill level in the same location as the existing. Barn to be finished with a slate roof and timber clad walls with a new barn door to the west elevation.
