T1 Lime tree Crown thin 30%, remove deadwood The tree is 25m high and the centre of the canopy is very congested. Thinning would improve light to the surrounding gardens and the removal of dead growth (incuding some very substantial dead limbs) would be in the tree's interest as well as the welfare of those using the gardens beneath.

5 day notice of intention to fell a dangerous Turkey Oak tree (see tree report, which confirms the sad and precarious state of the tree). Previous correspondence has kept you informed of the monitoring of the tree and now it is needed to fell it.

**FIVE DAY NOTICE** The American Red Oak in the rear garden is dying. The foliage is very sparse and bracket of the heart_rot fungus _ Ganoderma applanatum are evident. As an alternative to felling, I'd like to try a substantial reduction of 40% to see if the tree could survive a little longer, without the stress of supporting a full canopy

Dawn Redwood. Tree T1 on Sketch Plan. Arboriculturist Conclusion "Given the presence of cracks in the wall of adjacent buildings, and the close proximity of the tree to the buildings, it is recommended that T1 is removed to ground level." Engineer's Conclusion "the best course of action to avoid any further movement on the existing building would be to remove the existing tree and underpin the existing foundation"

HGY/2026/2127 Granted
Pembury House Nursery, Lansdowne Road, Tottenham, London, N17 9XE
Ginkgo (T1) - fell. Reason: this is a female tree, that drops fruit all over the nursery playground. The children try to eat them, it gets into their clothes, shoes, hands, and all over the class room, creating an extremely unpleasant environment for the children and staff. Replant with another deciduous tree with similar potential size canopy (eg. Norway maple) Sycamore (T2) - Reduce the height of the tree by 4m. Reduce lateral branches in line with this (up to 2.5m). Reason: There is some decay at the base of the tree on the east side, spanning 40% of the circumference of the tree. The bark is flaking from ground level up to 1.5m, and use of the sounding mallet indicates the dysfunctional wood extends at least to the same height. The tree has a full crown, but has had selective branch length reductions in the past. The crown overhangs the nursery playground and neighbouring parking area. Lime x2 (T10 & T11) - Crown raise to 4m, removing epicormic growth. Reason: to remove the branches that touch the shelter to prevent damage.
