Reduce face of the Laurels over the road and lawns up to 0.40m. Remove 2-3 front branches which directly overhanging and obscure the light. General maintenance/Control encroachment G2: Main boundary Laurel Hedge: Approximately 7.00m-8.00m. Right hand of the gate, overhanging the neighbours roof. Reduce lateral and sub lateral growth growing over the neighbouring roof back to as near to the boundary. Reduce whole hedge height back to previous and most recent reduction points, approximately 1.00m-1.20m. General maintenance. Reduce lateral face overhanging No.12B to control encroachment back to previous points of reduction. General maintenance. Rear Garden: T1: Mature Purple Plum: Approximately 9.00m: Remove epicormic growth throughout the crown. Remove dead wood. General maintenance. T2: Mature Conifer: Approximately 4.00m. This small tree leans out over the main rear lawn. Tip prune to reduce the height by approximately 0.50m to help reduce weight burden and control dimensions. Control encroachment. T3: Tulip Tree: Approximately 10.00m: Remove dead wood throughout the crown. General maintenance. Hedges: Adjacent the main gate and drive: Tip prune to clear out the building by approximately 0.50m. Control encroachment.
