Five Day Notice. Urgent works notice for the Sycamore at 12 Priory Gardens, strictly as enabling works associated with the approved poplar works under HGY/2026/0869. The proposed Sycamore works are to reduce the tree height to approximately 8 metres to provide sufficient clearance and safe operational space. Works will be undertaken by qualified and insured arborists using modern arboricultural techniques and in accordance with BS3998:2010 – Recommendations for Tree Work
