  • HGY/2026/2142 Granted

    56 Queens Avenue, Hornsey, London, N10 3NU

T1 Oak in rear garden of 56 Queens Avenue (please note that the garden area is subdivided into separate areas for the enjoyment of the various flats in the property) The tree surgeon confirmed that we will have to cut/trim around 5-6 low branches of the oak tree by about 6ft (approx. 1.8m) since they overhang the boundary line for my back fence. Please see attached the photos and the oak tree marked in red. As you can it almost sits between communal path and flat 3 garden right now, and it overhands my boundary line with its lower branches. As you can see from the photo the oak tree is well over 6 metres high and my fence is only 1.65m so we will be cutting only lower branches to allow the fence to be installed.
