Granted Haringey HGY/2026/1308 Works to trees in Conservation Area

Works: Trees

Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.

Proposal

T1 - Veteran Oak Tree - Reduce overall crown to suitable growth points with a height reduction of circa 1.5 - 2 metres, and lateral spread by 2 - 2.5 metres. Removal of any deadwood throughout. The lower branch on the right hand side when viewed from the garden is restricting light into the neighbour's property, and we recommend pruning it back by 4 metres. T2 - Sycamore Tree - Reduce crown height by approximately 4 metres to the most recent pruning points T3 - Japanese Acer - Cut back from building to create a clearance of 1.5 metres, and sensitively reduce overall crown by circa 1 metre. T4- Bay Tree - Reduce height by 1 metre and reshape crown to create a asymmetric finish Reason for works: General maintenance and light starvation to property
