T01: Multi-stemmed Ash (Fraxinus excelsior) located within the rear garden of the property. Crown reduce the overall height and lateral canopy spread of T01 (Ash) by 30% (equivalent to a radial branch reduction of 3.0 to 4.0 metres), pruning back to suitable, established previous reduction points. Note: All pruning works are to be carried out in strict accordance with British Standard 3998:2010 (Recommendations for Tree Work). The proposed 30% (3–4m) crown reduction is specified to reduce the "wind sail" area and mechanical loading on this included primary union, managing the structural risk of stem failure. Additionally, the reduction will abate lateral encroachment and foreseeable future nuisance to neighbouring properties.
