T01: Multi-stemmed Ash (Fraxinus excelsior) located within the rear garden of the property. Crown reduce the overall height and lateral canopy spread of T01 (Ash) by 30% (equivalent to a radial branch reduction of 3.0 to 4.0 metres), pruning back to suitable, established previous reduction points. Additionally, the reduction will abate lateral encroachment and foreseeable future nuisance to neighbouring properties.
