  I wish to remove the Elder tree marked as T1. It grows out of a bank and its height from the bank is 3.5-4m. The tree was already well-established/elderly when I purchased the property in 1994. The tree is suffering dieback and much of it now fails to produce leaves and flowers. The tree cannot be seen from the street.
