Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.
Proposal
Neighbours Ash Leaf Maple - Major limb growing at right angles from neighbours garden due to competing trees. The size of the limb is excessive and at a compromising angle. It dominates and removes a lot of low level light from the garden and if left to mature further there is concern of possible collapse. The home owners are keen to use that section of the garden to continue with their Urban Orchard of Apple trees that have proven very successful in the front garden and the Maple trees very low canopy lean and dominance of the garden space is obstructing the possibility of this Orchard from succeeding. T1 – Ash Leaf Maple - Remove large leaning section of Tree back towards the fence line to a suitable lateral branch as close to fence as possible.
