All matters reserved except for accesses to Gartree Road, London Road, and Chestnut Drive (For information, the application seeks outline planning permission for up to 4,000 homes, 5 hectares of employment land, three schools, a local centre comprising up to 4,500 sq m of non-residential floorspace, and up to 1,000 sq m of sports and community facilities)
