Awaiting decision Hammersmith and Fulham P/2026/02123/TREE Works to Tree(s) in Conservation Area

Works: Trees

Still open. Anyone can comment while the consultation period runs, and comments go to the council rather than to us.

Proposal

Rear T1 Cherry Laurel x 1 (Prunus laurocerasus) Remove thick front steam. And cut the thinner right-hand steam back to the first upright. Trim remaining crown retaining screening. Front T2 Unknown x 2 These two trees have outgrown their location and need managing as they are growing too close to the property. Reduce in height by roughly half (approx 2-2.5m)Shape the remaining crown to match and leave a natural outline. Cut back from the neighbouring property Front T3 Privet x 1 (Ligustrum lucidum)This hedge : Reduce to the previously maintained height approx 1-1.5 and trim all round to hedge shape. Front T4 Fatsia japonica x 1 This shrub needs reducing to let more light into flower bed below. Suggested work: Reduce as per the customers direction
