Proposal
##Rear T1 Lime x 1 (Tilia spp) 18m mature lime, cyclical prune - canopy overhangs several neighbouring gardens and is encroaching upon the rear neighbours roof. Suggested work: - crown reduction - remove basal growth - lift canopy to 8m by removing trunk epicormic growth - reduce the canopy height 3m back to previous reduction points - reduce the lateral growth 2-2.5m back to previous reduction points, leaving furnishing growth ##Rear T2 Holly x 1 (Ilex aquifolium) 5m holly tree is impeding the residents access to the garden as it is encroaching upon the stairs to the garden. Suggested work: - lift to 2m, removing basal growth - reduce height 1.5m and trim remaining canopy into conical shape

Felling of a mature, dead Sycamore tree (T21) located on Land to the Rear of 70 North End Road, subject to Tree Preservation Order TPO/23/7/70. Following a recent inspection of the highway it has been noted that the tree is dead, the crown of which has the potential to fall onto the surrounding highway network managed by TfL. To mitigate this it is intended to remove all crown material and leave as a standing monolith. Works to reduce risk of failure and damage to the highway and its users.
