Proposal
Rear garden - Reduce the silver birch by approximately 2–3 metres, forming a balanced, round headed crown. Remove all deadwood throughout the canopy and carry out a light crown thin of approximately 15% to improve light penetration and reduce sail effect.

Felling of a mature, dead Sycamore tree (T21) located on Land to the Rear of 70 North End Road, subject to Tree Preservation Order TPO/23/7/70. Following a recent inspection of the highway it has been noted that the tree is dead, the crown of which has the potential to fall onto the surrounding highway network managed by TfL. To mitigate this it is intended to remove all crown material and leave as a standing monolith. Works to reduce risk of failure and damage to the highway and its users.
