Proposal
##T1 Walnut - Reduce crown by approx. 20-25%, light crown thin of approx. 10-155%. Routine cyclical maintenance intended to reduce overall crown mass and end weight whilst maintaining a balanced and natural canopy form. Light crown thinning to improve internal light penetration and air movement through the canopy whilst reducing minor sail effect loading. The works are considered appropriate arboricultural management to maintain the tree within its setting and reduce future management pressures whilst preserving long term amenity value ##T2 Judas Tree - Re pollard back to previous pruning points. Previously managed through cyclical pollarding, now requires re pollarding to maintain structural integrity and physiological sustainability. Re pruning back to the established pollard points will help manage overall size and loading whilst encouraging controlled regenerative growth and prolonging the useful life expectancy of the tree within its current setting.

Felling of a mature, dead Sycamore tree (T21) located on Land to the Rear of 70 North End Road, subject to Tree Preservation Order TPO/23/7/70. Following a recent inspection of the highway it has been noted that the tree is dead, the crown of which has the potential to fall onto the surrounding highway network managed by TfL. To mitigate this it is intended to remove all crown material and leave as a standing monolith. Works to reduce risk of failure and damage to the highway and its users.

Pruning of an Ash Tree (T24) in the rear garden, subject to Tree Preservation Order TPO/24/8/70. The South-facing side has had a relatively recent crown reduction, while the north-facing side has been left untreated, with the tree now being severely unbalanced. It is proposed to reduce the north-facing side by reducing all stems by up to 4m to suitable growth points to re-balance and tidy; assess torn limb with large longitudinal scar on inbound side and remove if necessary. All works are for routine maintenance.
