Rear boundary T2 Cotoneaster x 1 The screening at the rear is important. Reduce by approximately 2m ensuring that the second floor window at the back isn't exposed to the kitchen window. Remove any creeper that doesn???t contribute to the screening. rear right T4 Magnolia x 1 (Magnolia spp) This tree grows close to the building and has not been reduced for some time. Remove branches touching the building. Reduce the remaining crown back to previous reduction point leaving a healthy amount of furnishing growth. Some of the pieces will be up to 5m

Felling of a mature, dead Sycamore tree (T21) located on Land to the Rear of 70 North End Road, subject to Tree Preservation Order TPO/23/7/70. Following a recent inspection of the highway it has been noted that the tree is dead, the crown of which has the potential to fall onto the surrounding highway network managed by TfL. To mitigate this it is intended to remove all crown material and leave as a standing monolith. Works to reduce risk of failure and damage to the highway and its users.
