The holly is also growing right next to the wall, the cherry is dying off and is not healthy. One silver berry is right by a wall and the other is entirely covered in ivy and in decline The garden is being re landscaped, which includes planting of 4 semi mature new trees.

    Felling of a mature, dead Sycamore tree (T21) located on Land to the Rear of 70 North End Road, subject to Tree Preservation Order TPO/23/7/70. Following a recent inspection of the highway it has been noted that the tree is dead, the crown of which has the potential to fall onto the surrounding highway network managed by TfL. To mitigate this it is intended to remove all crown material and leave as a standing monolith. Works to reduce risk of failure and damage to the highway and its users.
