T3 - REAR Parking Area - Winter flowering Cherry - Cut to ground level and grind stump to approx. 300mm below ground level. This tree is also in need of pruning, there is no reason to cut it down. All the cherry trees flower at different times, which make the courtyard interesting and a good habitat for wildlife. Please refuse permission for this tree to be felled. T5 - REAR Parking Area - Plum - Cut to ground level and grind stump to approx. 300mm below ground level. This tree flowered for the first time this year and was really pretty. I think that with care and maintenance it does not need to be felled. T7 - REAR Parking Area - Amelanchier - Cut to ground level and grind stump to approx. 300mm below ground level. It would be terrible to lose this tree. It has beautiful autumn colours and is the most mature of the trees on that side of the courtyard. There is no sign of it dying back. Please refuse permission. As this tree is dying back so heavily, the plan is to remove and re... read more

T3 - Rear Parking area - Winter flowering Cherry (CA)- Cut to ground level and grind stump to approx. 300mm below ground level. T5 - Rear Parking area - Plum (CA) - Cut to ground level and grind stump to approx. 300mm below ground level. T7 - Rear Parking area - Amelanchier (CA) Option 1 - Cut to ground level and grind stump to approx. 300mm below ground level. As this tree is dying back so heavily, the plan is to remove and replace. These 3 trees were also on application 2025/02755/TREE. My objections for removal under that application stand.

Felling of a mature, dead Sycamore tree (T21) located on Land to the Rear of 70 North End Road, subject to Tree Preservation Order TPO/23/7/70. Following a recent inspection of the highway it has been noted that the tree is dead, the crown of which has the potential to fall onto the surrounding highway network managed by TfL. To mitigate this it is intended to remove all crown material and leave as a standing monolith. Works to reduce risk of failure and damage to the highway and its users.
