Walnut T1 - fell due to tree growing in unsuitable position with base of tree c.100mm from front boundary wall. Tree's leaning stem is touching on pillar to east. Tree has been previously lopped and topped with multiple pruning wounds on stem variably occluded. Perfectly good magnolia to north-west provides sufficient amenity.
