Rear T1 Horse Chestnut x 1 (Aesculus hippocastanum) - 11m mature horse chestnut has been reduced previously, last time in 2021. It's cyclical prune is now due. Suggested work: - reduce the height by 0.5m below previous reduction points, equating to a total height reduction of 2m - reduce lateral growth back to previous reduction points, equating to a reduction of 1 - 1.5m - keep the lopsided canopy shape as this helps retain privacy from the flats to the rear of the garden

Felling of a mature, dead Sycamore tree (T21) located on Land to the Rear of 70 North End Road, subject to Tree Preservation Order TPO/23/7/70. Following a recent inspection of the highway it has been noted that the tree is dead, the crown of which has the potential to fall onto the surrounding highway network managed by TfL. To mitigate this it is intended to remove all crown material and leave as a standing monolith. Works to reduce risk of failure and damage to the highway and its users.
