To be read in conjunction with planning application 2020/02683/FUL.Rear garden Betula Utilis Jacquemontii - move tree from within boundary of proposed garden room to the centre of the remaining lawn (marked Y on the sketch plan). If this proves unsuccessful, I will plant a new tree of the same type.
