Proposal

T1 Atlas cedar (Cedrus atlantica) - Crown Thin/reduce through thinning through removing selected branches throughout the canopy, concentrating on branch and limb ends, including removing broken, damaged and dead branches to reduce current density by up to 15%. Remove stub from previously shed limb. Check cobra bracing and replace if necessary. Final height unchanged at 16m and final spread unchanged at 16m. Works to tidy appearance of tree and reduce chances of major limb failure.
