Trees in Furnival Gardens overhanging clients garden 12 Upper Mall. Hornbeam (Carpinus betulus) x 5, reduce height to bottom of 2nd floor window sill, removing approx. 3-3.5m of growth. Reduce remaining crowns to the most recent previous reduction points, ensuring no overhang to Sussex House, 12 Upper Mall, removing approx. 2-3m of new growth. Retain some furnishing growth. Final height 6m, final overall spread 4m. Madenhair Tree (Ginkgo biloba), Reduce height to bottom of 2nd floor window sill, removing approx 3-3.5m of growth. Cut any growth on building side back to main stem, removing approx. 1-1.5m of growth. Final height 6m, final overall spread 2m.
